Possible Spoiler For The Fiend’s Match Against Goldberg
Goldberg’s return to the WWE and his possible singles match against The Fiend has been hyped up for quite a while over the last few days, giving the impression that Goldberg might actually be the one to defeat the Fiend for the first time.
However, according to a report by Dave Meltzer, this is not the case at all. Instead, the plans for the WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 36 is for Roman Reigns to face The Fiend. With it looking more and more likely that it will be Roman Reigns who defeats The Fiend for the first-ever time, the rumors of Goldberg defeating The Fiend can be classified as nothing more than speculation.
Goldberg is being brought back because he is one of the favorite stars of the Saudi Prince, and he was paid an immense $2 Million for his match against The Undertaker last time. He might be looking at a similar or greater sum when he faces The Fiend this year.
