Vince McMahon - Mustache

Vince McMahon is the former owner of World Wrestling Entertainment, where he also served as Chairman of the Board and CEO. McMahon was embroiled in controversy surrounding an inappropriate relationship with an employee. Vince was forced to step down from both of his roles over this. He was brought back after what was seen as a terrible internal investigation. His entire goal in his return appears to have been to sell the WWE before things came out that would likely damage not just him but the WWE brand entirely.

Vince sold WWE to Endeavor, who was likely the best choice for such a purchase. Not only did Vince know the owner, Ari Emanuel, well, but Ari’s daughter also worked at WWE for a time. They also already owned the UFC, so it was a perfect marriage. This led to the two brands combining under one major New York Stock Exchange stock name. Now known as the TKO Group, WWE has never been more profitable. This is thanks, in large part, to the creative direction of Vince’s son-in-law, the former WWE Superstar Triple H.

Vince then remained in the company, operating as a major executive. However, this did not last for a very long time. Janel Grant, the woman Vince had an inappropriate relationship with, decided to sue McMahon. It was not for mere sexual advances but for what was essentially forced sexual actions despite attempts to stop it. Moreover, Vince shared her with another staff member and had attempted to do so with others. Thereby leading to potential sexual trafficking.

When the lawsuit came out, TKO pretty much pushed Vince out the door, and he has not been involved in WWE since. Now, though, Vince might be in another bad position.

VINCE McMAHON IN BAD HEALTH??

Pat McAfee vs Vince McMahon - WrestleMania 38

Vince McMahon has been called the “genetic jackhammer” due to his obsession with working out and staying in great shape. The narcissist in him made it necessary to look as good as possible. That said, Vince was in better shape than some wrestlers who worked for WWE over the years. He was working full matches in his 50s and into his 60s. Vince even took major bumps past the age of 70!

For years, Vince claimed he would die before leaving WWE. He often joked that he’d never die, so he’d always be around. Many fans felt this might happen because he remained in great shape for so long. However, when WWE sold off, Vince tried to look younger than he was. He even dyed his hair and randomly grew a Walt Disney-like mustache.

Vince will be 79 years old at the end of this month, so he is clearly at an age where health decline can start. Heck, the decline may have already happened well before now; it was just not addressed. However, we might now be seeing a decline that Vince likely hid from everyone but his wife, Linda.

Lee Cole, the brother of Tom Cole, discussed Vince’s health on his Wrestling With The Devil: A Lee Cole 111 Podcast. He claims to have spoken with someone close to Linda McMahon. The person quoted Linda, stating:

“Her husband’s health is deteriorating fast. He barely gets out, that’s why you don’t see him out in public.”

THE VALIDITY

It should be noted that while Linda very well could have said this, others have claimed Vince McMahon is doing fine. Some have speculated that someone from Linda’s camp used Cole to bring some sympathy to make Vince look better. He is still involved in a very serious lawsuit. If he is found guilty of the crimes alleged, there is a serious possibility that he might spend some time in prison. Vince might be forced to pay Ms. Grant a lot of money, but he’d get off lightly with something like that.

It is possible that Vince and his legal team tried to settle all of this out of court. That was attempted when Grant was forced to sign an NDA and take a minor payment, which ended randomly. This could have occurred because her exact payout used WWE funds, which can be tracked with the company’s quarterly report. That led to Grant speaking with WWE about what happened to her.

This has led to multiple other violations regarding the misuse of company funds. Federal authorities are also investigating his hostile takeover to get back into WWE and sell it off.

That said, one could make sense of the idea that Vince might want to get some sympathy.

It is also very likely that this has affected McMahon mentally and emotionally. However, all of this comes right after Vince’s team ran into various legal issues trying to stop Grant from getting specific things into evidence and strike comments made by a doctor.

ATTEMPT TO STOP SPECIFIC EVIDENCE:

One issue Vince’s team ran into involved medical records from a doctor Grant went to relating to the sex trafficking part of her lawsuit.

In her petition, Grant stated that she was sent to Dr. Carlton Colker of Peak Wellness at the direction of McMahon. This took place around November of 2019. She reportedly received treatments such as IV infusions and pills that were not disclosed to her. She attempted multiple times to find out what she was being given. According to Grant’s attorneys:

“On multiple visits, Dr. Colker prescribed Ms. Grant with ‘adrenal trays’ or ‘adrenal supplement trays,’ provided by his office, and instructed her to take the unmarked pills daily. Dr. Colker did not explain the substances, dosages, or purpose of the pills to Ms. Grant beyond purportedly addressing her symptoms of fatigue. When Ms. Grant asked Dr. Colker about the substance of the supplement trays, and specifically which substance(s) caused her to experience nausea, he responded with pushback about trust, including, ‘If you don’t trust me, we have bigger problems.'”

The medical records provided by the clinic, thus far, have been incomplete and even inaccurate. That includes specific issues with billing records without the corresponding medical record. Along with this, they reference inconsistent rates and double charges.

Reportedly, Colker knew about the NDA Grant had with McMahon. It is very likely that Grant, and perhaps others, had been sent to Colker for a while. This could be why he has attempted to hide or prevent some records from being sent. Colker filed a “Verified Complaint for Bill of Discovery” in early August, which Grant’s team took as an intimidation tactic. Grant now wants to strike his comments from the record.

That said, Vince might not be in bad health at all. Rather, he might now be seeing the writing on the wall where all of his skeletons might end up coming out of the closet, and that is starting to weigh on him…as it should!
